Long weekend of yoga in Ballymoney, Northern Ireland, 24=27th April, 2020

Ros is returning to the O’Harabrook family estate in Northern Ireland for a long weekend of yoga, after leading courses here in 2015 and 2016. This long weekend is open to people of all levels of yoga experience.

O’Harabrook is a comfortable Georgian historic house set in the peaceful countryside on a farm estate near Ballymoney in County Antrim. Arrive on Friday evening, ready for yoga classes on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday morning. There will be space for non-residents to attend the classes, and for non-yoga residents (please enquire about rates).

Classes: two on Saturday and Sunday (morning, late afternoon), one on Monday morning.

Cost: We have kept the prices down and it’s only £250 for the yoga and accommodation (for three nights) in a large shared room (triple, twin or double) with shared bathrooms. There’s a single room supplement (ask), if you want a room to yourself.

We will be providing breakfast/brunch (vegetarian) each morning after class, and a delicious group feast on the Saturday evening in our grand dining room.

Location: The house is just 45 mins from Belfast International Airport, or 1 hour from Belfast George Best Airport (city), and near the beautiful North Antrim Coast. You can explore the Giant’s Causeway, beautiful white sandy beaches of Portrush and White Park Bay, the Bushmills Whiskey Distillery, the Carrick a Rede suspended bridge and walk, Dunseverick and Dunluce ruined Castles, the Dark Hedges and Ballintoy harbour (Game of Thrones locations), Belfast and the Titanic quarter and Museum, walking the Glens of Antrim, golfing, surfing and more.
