Yoga holiday week in Turkey, 11th - 18th October, 2020

This yoga holiday with Ros in Adrasan, in Mediterranean Turkey, is hosted by Heliotrope Yoga Holidays, which is run very ably by two Iyengar yoga teachers. The hotel, Onuncu Köy, our venue for this holiday, is set in peaceful gardens in view of mountains and sea, and has a large and fully equipped yoga studio.

The week costs from £590 for two yoga classes a day, very comfortable accommodation and delicious food. It's open to yoga students of all levels of experience - from beginners to yoga veterans and teachers - and there's room for a few non-yoga companions to come too at a reduced price.

 

The local beach at Adrasan has the warm, clear Mediterranean for swimming, with quiet cafes on the river nearby. Click through the photos below to see where we stay and the local area. We arrange optional trips to fascinating cultural and natural sights a little further afield, but you may just wish to sit by the pool or the sea, or walk locally.
